Dinner Day 1

SSR - Fantasy Football-2008

MidnightRider has the final determination, but it looks like Nautical has started paying off his debt this evening.

Dinner consisted of al dente Bertoni spinach fettucini with Bertoni Pesto sauce. I must admit, it was delish! (I'm skeptical of "prepared" foods, but this was very good.)

Let's see how creative he is tomorrow. I could give him lots of ideas, but am going to give up control of the kitchen for the entire week.

Bummer For Nautical

Unfortunately, the grilled pork chops Saturday and grilled steak yesterday (Sunday) don't count towards this week's cooking bet. The pork chops were very good - he combined just the right mix of spices for the marinade. The steak was just as yummy (my marinade mixture, though).

Funny you should ask, YB! One of Dave's trips took him to Roma, Italia. While there, he purchased a couple of novelty items. One of them was an apron with a likeness of the front of the David statue, sans head. So, it doesn't have a logo on it, but rather a very nice and interesting picture.
