I've always loved the "square birds"!! While everybody was drooling over the "baby birds" ('55-'57), I always loved these more. Nowadays you rarely see them. I think the lines are beautiful.

I looked for one in my younger years but had to settle for a '65.....not even really close.

The square birds marked the departure of the T-Birds even pretending to be a sports car/hot rod, and firmly into the luxury/personal car camp. That's why there was such a heated division between T-Bird fans. I must admit the square bird makes a much better Ranchero though.

2003 "Ilsa" with many mods for strip and track.
The '61 - '63 "Bullet" Bird has always been my favorite.
