After you do that you will need this free website to upload it as an avatar I have resized mine now so it glitters in my avatar.

Our site recommendation for avatar is 150 x 150 I had to size this one a little smaller to stay under the 29kb size allowed so it's sized as a 91 x 135

I'm still trying to figure out how you get those pic pictures in your signature area. When I try it it always says file to big (and yes I do re-size them)

To put them in the signature area I use an image hosting site.....here are two that I use and they are both free. Photobucket allows you to store more

I remember Focks had a post on it too, giving a 12 step means and method for picture posting. 12 steps for Dsyfunctional Fanatic members that aren't supporting Members...... (post 20, SSR hand towels, 05/21/08).

Are your images you are uploading within the limits? They look to big.

Have Photobuckets open copy and paste the URL link into the picture icon on the top of the tool bar under "Edit Signature"

This is the picture icon you see on the top of edit signature after you insert the URL hit "preview" to see if all is ok then hit save.

Quick links……Edit Signature
Click on the picture icon under "Edit Signature" a box will open that says “Please enter the URL of your image”
This is where you insert the URL address of the image you want and uploaded to PhotoBuckets and or Villagephotos…..you can also just copy and paste the the adress in the white box.

Hit preview and if all is ok….hit save

Uploading to Photobuckets/Village Photos allows you to use there site as a link bypassing the limited SSR Fanatic size.

Sometimes these can be to big so I downsize them a little in this program GIFWorks.com! Free Online GIF Tools then upload them after adjusting the size into PhotoBuckets then into the SSR Fanatic site under the steps listed above.....Got it?

I will play with this later. I know how to use village photos. I have uploaded URLs on here before using it but they were smaller. I also use it on the Marine Corps Forum because its the only way to post a pic on a thread there.

Anyway, I will try it after I finish my work. Lunch break over now!!!
