All three are quite stunning. I am sure most SSR owners love the muscle car era and I think it is great "the big three" have all created a vision of yesteryear with todays technology. Perhaps it is too bad all three did not emerge contemporaneously as we now have a glut of the new Mustangs on the road. Perhaps the Camaro and Challenger will be a bit more of a rarity, generating more excitement when one is spotted.
I love the Challenger. I saw one in person in downtown Fort Worth, Friday night. It was orange and black. It was cool looking. It made me smile and I wished I could take it for a spin.

I saw a surprising number of the new Challengers during Woodward.
It is really a shame they made them with 6's. If they want 6's do a remake of the Vega and the Mustang II. The Mustangs are great looking and the sharp ones never fail to turn my head. I have yet to see a Challenger or Camaro but from pictures the Challenger gets my vote, even though the front looks more like a Coronet, there is no mistaking it for a retro Dodge. Mustang the same but to me the Camaro strays a bit much from the '69 body. Still a great looking car though.

Trust me... I agree... I'd rather have the V8 but keep in the mind... the early Camaro's did have a 6 cylinder version back in 69.
I saw the new Camaro, and the Challenger at Woodward. I think it's really a toss up. They are both nice looking cars and the new Camaro next to a 1969 Camaro looks fairly close. The only thing disappointing at Woodward was I would have thought that GM would have had more out on the road to "show off".
I've always been a Chevy fan, so I'm most likely to be drawn to the Camaro, with the LS3 and a convertible. However, my bank account is more drawn to a used Cobalt.
A shame they are being made with the 6's? Give me a break! Have you looked at gas prices lately and thought about where they will be in the future? The V6 in the new camaro will have 300HP!!!!!!!!!!! I would say that is rather significant! Most will want the V8's with the 400HP engines but realistically, most will end up with what they can afford, the V6. It's a numbers and marketing game, and the camaros are going to be produced in huge numbers so rarity is not the name of the game with this beast. Go to the camaro site for more info.
