isn't it weird what kind of trivia can stick in your mind...I could have expanded on the answer, the whys and where, but I lost out last time for not punching in the answer in time
Walt tried to join the military but he was too young, instead he joined the Red Cross and was sent to France.

In order to live up to my anal title, technically it is not correct (very close). Sort of like the difference between Helium and Hydrogen for my question.

so..........he drove Red Cross officials around in an ambulance.....what am I missing here? There is an urban legend that he had a dishonorable discharge, not true, and that he dove onto a hand gernade but I believe that has also been proven untrue.

Now I have to find some Pacific Blue paint. The dealer said a week to order it. Anyone know of a substitute. Artsmart may want to take the prop rod to Springfield and show it off. If I can get it painted I can get it to Lloger and Bondo Princess before they leave and save shipping.

New Question
Well folks, I received the coveted "trophy" from BlueStreak at the Redlands Run this past weekend. Seems everybody wants to be the next big winner of Run Rod Run's bent, multicolored hood prop and have asked it to be an EASY question, so here it is:
The illegitimate daughter of two known 20th Century artists became an artist in her own right.
What is the daughter's name?
What is she primarily known for?
The correct answer has been PM'd to BlueStreak and he will be the deciding vote on who answers this correctly. Good luck to all. Once you have been determined to be the "winner", please PM your address to me so I can get this wonderful, expensive trophy out to you ASAP after I have added the proper color to the rod.

And you give me flak about asking a simple rocket science question... Sheesh.
