I'm not sold on the stainless grills either... I had the porcelain coated cast-iron on my Broil King. NEVER AGAIN One minor blemish and they start to rust. When they rust, the porcelain
flakes off. With the cast grills, you can easily brush the rust away... I replaced the porcelain grills every 2 years...

Mine's got the cast iron grills too. They're so seasoned now that I never see rust on them even after getting them hot enough to start burning the seasoning away.

Stainless for the rest of the grill I'm OK with... in fact I wouldn't buy one at all anymore unless it has stainless burners. That was one of the first things that went out on my old CharBroil (crap).
