I will bring up last Years Show and Pic's.
I'll be making this show/cruze in "BAKE-O-VILL" Moody Blues
This looks like the closest SSR "gig" I will be able to make this year! I can attest to the "HOT ROD" environment in Bakersfield, when I worked there for 9 months and 23 days. I saw this "HOT ROD" environment first hand, it's too bad BLACKIE can't tow the "67 DEUCE" down there I could see running around town "UNCORKED & ON SLICKS" in the "II"
I did this back in '92 at "ST. STANS" last cruze in Modesto, Ca. What a blast!! That's another story..... Back too "BAKE-O-VILL"..... I always had a great time when I went to the "PALACE".....
"PHOTO BUCKIT" is punking me at this time ..... And I pay for this service
I'll post some pictures of the house that "BUCK OWENS" built. When I can log onto my "SERVICE" ......Lots of cool pictures if one has never been/seen "The Crystal Palace" Let's also not forget that Merle Haggerd was Buck's partner in crime "Back in the day" As the story has it..... "Buck & Merle" were just a weeee bit too wild for the "GRAND OLE OPRY" and were asked to leave. So they came back to "BAKE-O-VILL" and the rest is history
Besides...... October is a nice time of the year in Bakersfield....Temps are in the 80's

I've been to many Car Shows; but this one is worth the Trip. Glad to have you back in Boss Bakes.
Most excellent there MOODY most excellent indeed man-o-man that reminds me of 1st street in "SAN JO" back in the day. Then they shut that down, so we went out to the "El Camino" out in Sunnyvale. Then they shut that down too So then we would go out to Modesto to cruze /race. Then that was going on the out's! They held the "LAST CRUZE" in '92. They gave you this cool bottle if you were a participant. Yep.... I still have mine.
I went through a lot of rubber that day Shoooot, MOODY I wish that SSR could tow a trailer with a car on it My Chevy II would fit right in down there in "BAKE-O-VILLE"

I tow a Car Trailer many Times. The SSR can handle it. The Car Trailer belongs to my Bro. I have hauled a Front Loader Tracter behind the SSR. Just keep most of the Load off of the Trailer Tongue. Use 3rd gear or lower on uphill grades and the Tranny will stay cool. I have been up the Tehachapi Mountains pulling a loaded Car Trailer. I also went to the Channel Islands and picked up a 67 Camaro and hauled it back to Boss Bakes. (Grapevine) You will be flat landing it my friend.
