My SSR: 03. Custom paint. Flowmaster 40, lake pipes, 4.56's, torque converter, Vette servo, Bosal tips.
Keeping the R after all.
Well I went to my credit union and they were willing to work with me so I was able to keep and afford my SSR. So now I'm back! (Well, I never really went anywhere.) So Carl....you can start picking on me again.

Very nicely done, Mikey! That truck of yours could never get as good a home as you give it.

Glad to hear the financial institutions are willing to work with people in a real way, at least once in a while. Congratulations on your successful negotiating.

Much less likely to see kind of happy ending when dealing with a bank. Credit Unions exist to serve their membership somewhat like a not for profit. Small credit unions are having a tough time getting loans because of how convenient it is to finance at the dealership. Glad things worked out.

Very happy they worked with you and you get to keep your beauty.
I wish more of the money lenders would do this. I know to many good folks that are trying their best but struggling. And I know when they get back on their feet they will make things right. Damn economy.
