BBO, too bad you're so far away, as I know lots of AMC guys around here. I raced AMXs, Javelins, and Americans for 25 yrs - even had a 401 in a Henry J Super Gas car. Those 2 seaters have become a little pricey recently, but are real neat cars! The only weak areas are the auto trans, versions made by Borg Warner and the 2 piece axle shafts in the Dana 20 rear end. Good Luck in your search!

My last purchase was from Texas, and the last AMX I looked at was while I was in Florida (was red, white, and blue, too), so don't be shy!
I'm looking for a clean car, first, and preferably a runner. AMXs have gone up in price, but still rare, and still a bargain compared to any other collectible muscle car out there.
I also own a 1950 Nash Ambassador Brougham, which is rarer than albino skunks, so a complete AMX is preferred.
