Good To Know
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A 2006 study found that the average American walks about 900 miles per year.

Another study found that Americans drink an average of 22 gallons of beer per year.

That means, on average, Americans get approximately 41 miles per gallon!

And you thought this was going to be about the SSR

Another thought:

If you drink cheap beer you get more MPG.

I guess you could call it low test beer.

Another advantage of beer:

If you had purchased $1000.00 of Nortel stock two years ago, it would now be worth $49.00.

With Enron, you would have had $16.50 left of the original $1000.00.

With WorldCom, you would have had less than $5.00 left.

If you had purchased $1000 of Delta Air Lines stock you would have $49.00 left.

But, if you had purchased $1,000.00 worth of beer one year ago, drank all the beer, then turned in the cans for the aluminum recycling REFUND, You would have had $214.00.

Based on the above, the best current investment advice is to drink heavily and recycle.

It's called the 401-Keg Plan.

Sounds pretty good, but I think my mpg is a little lower than that

22 gallons per year just isn't quite enough to fill my large frame. Maybe I just need to walk a little more......
