Kidnapping is 15 years to life by itself.

Fire Arm charges. about 5 Years each

Robbery Charges. About 5 years.

Unfortunately 13 years of unjust freedom. He should never have had the benefit of that. And, if I may add, shame on the people that have been socializing with him these past years!
