"PHOTOSHOP" Photo Contest WINNER!
Congratulations to our First ever "PHOTOSHOP" Contest winner! bgetz or Butch Getz. Your creative work was truly amazing. Please tell us all how you were able to create your unique image.
OK, gang, here's the story...........
In the past photo contests the rules were pretty strict regarding "digital enhancements" of entries. For July, we are throwing that rule out the window!
BUT, we must have some basic rules:
1) No Animations Please!
(Like my example, and I thought it would have been a WINNER too! But the file size was too big to have it as an attachment)
2) YOUR SSR must be somewhere in the picture (We WILL check registrations! )
3) Other than Rules 1 & 2, anything goes!
(Oh yeah, the picture must be displayed as an attachment so the polling process will work)
Contest entries (only one entry per member please) will start at exactly Noon EST on July 1st and once the minimum 10 entries are selected, you will have until Noon EST on July 15th to vote for your favorite.
Good luck and let the creations begin!

Reason: Add winner's name
Most of us "Left Coasters" will be on the road to Irwindale. But thanks for thinking of us. I agree, I really like all the entries, including that guy that can't win this time around.

A Glowing SSR
I really like the look of this glowing edges image that was created in Adobe Photoshop. It is my silver SSR and this image was actually taken the day it arrived at the dealership. By using the glowing edges filters you get a semi neon like image. The SSR sign was made by using chrome efffect on a SSR logo.

HEY FUZZY!
I MUST APOLOGIZE!
For some strange reason, I thought that you won last month's contest and could not be eligible for this one. (I even mentioned that in my reply to your pictures!)
I am so sorry that I didn't include you in the running!
I don't even have a Plan B to try to recover!

#10 hands down
I picked number 10 for many reasons. A couple of which are that the SSR is fully shown in all its glory and those jets behind it reflect the work of those that allow us the freedom to own SSRs and photograph them.
Buffy, my understanding is that winners are to sit out two months. This was to give more people a chance against the semi pro photo guys. I originally suggested win and stay out for the year, so Keith would not have 6 photos in the calendar.

Hi Rebel,
That is correct ... a winner has to hold out for two months and then they can resubmit another photo.
I am thinking of running our regular montly contest as soon as the voting is over for this photoshop contest.
