The missus and I just returned from the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert, or T.S.O. for those who have been drinking. Absolutely awesome show! I highly recommend you catch them in concert if you can.

So much fodder - where do I start...

No driving after I picked up the Prime Rib (before the coctail hour).

A great bottle of BV George La Touer (sp) bites the dust as well as some Bombay Sappire and a bottle of Souvereign. All in all a great evening. Now if I can wake up for the run to SD.

Please call them. I'm sick and tired of the local hauling a$$ down the street. Someones kids gonna get hit one day....

The day started with waking up and finding my cat of 18 years died during the night. Had to dig a hole and bury it this morning. Then when to work until 6 p.m. and came home and when Christmas shopping. All done except for my wife's Christmas present, this is not like me, I usually have hers done 3 to 6 months before Christmas. Last year's Christmas present to her was after Christmas the SSR which we picked up on New Years Eve Night.

I'm so sorry to hear about your cat.
Back in '83 I had a five finger cat that we picked up as a kitten at the farmers market and He was the smartest cat i ever owned. I am alergic to cats so I used to set them up on a fancy garage shelf and a swinging door so they could live inside outside. He was only 8yrs old in '83. It was Winter and we had a huge snow storm and when I got home from work He greated me in the garage from his shelf and I proceeded to blow the snow. About 45mins later (I was very young then) I took a break from blowing to go in and warm up and I said another hello to Buster but He was cold stiff dead. I could not believe, rushed Him to vet (only 1/2) mi but vet said no sign's of anything it just must have been His time. Was tough on me and Bill (Bill was our Collie/Lab mix) and they were inseperable. So you have my sympathy with your loss. Grimmye

Did John Anderson from YES show up there as well? I was telling my son the YES was the first concert I went to see 23 years ago....

I LOVED those colored flames in the show.

(have you've seen those Christmas light videos that are timed to TSO's Wizards in Winter song?)

When this cat was from a litter of about 8 cats. We gave them all away but 3 of them. This was one of the 3 remaining. So I put them in a box and took them to the Pet Shop on the way to work so they could adopt them out and find them a good home. They charge $5.00 for this service so they are not put to sleep. Well on the way to the Pet Shop all 3 cats got diarrhea and when all over my car, me in a suit and everything. I took the cats covered in crap into Pet Shop. The kid behind the counter said I would have to clean them up before he would take them. I looked at a sign on the pet shop wall that said cat bathed and blow-dried $15.00. I just smiled and gave him $75.00 and said, here is $15.00 each for the bath and blow dry, $5.00 for adopting them out and a $5.00 tip each. Well, when I got home that evening one of these cats (the one that just died) was back home. My wife smiled and said when my son’s girl friend found out I took them to the pet store, she wanted one to keep one of them, so my son when and paid $10.00 to buy it back. It turned out my then future daughter in law was allergic to cats, so we kept the cat anyway for another 18 years.

Your Move
Anderson

I've seen all good people turn their heads each day
so satisfied I'm on my way.
I've seen all good people turn their heads each day

Take a straight and stronger course to the corner of your life.
Make the white queen run so fast she hasn't got time to make you a wife.

'Cause it's time, it's time in time with your time and its news is captured
For the queen to use.
Move me on to any black square,
Use me any time you want,
Just remember that the goal
Is for us all to capture all we want
(Move me on to any black square)
Yea, yea, yea.

Don't surround yourself with yourself,
Move on back two squares,
Send an Instant Karma to me,
Initial it with loving care
Don't surround
Yourself.

'Cause it's time, it's time in time with your time and its news is captured
For the queen to use.
Diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit diddit didda.
