The owner of it came to me last year inquiring about a few things. This spring he is ready to have at it. So very shortly There will be something very new to post for ya'll to see.

Let the guessing begin.

Update

FUZZY's been at the tech school all day Working on the secret project.

Got quite a bit accomplished today. Will have to go back tomarrow to do some more.

The owner's getting very excited , and the instructor was very impressed with the amount of work done today.

This week was tedious items, next week its the fun part.

No one's guessed it so far.

I would have to guess you are adding a blower for more horsepower. Would be the kind of thing you would be teaching mechanics of the future.

I am betting ts a clear plexiglass roof, that changes its hue depending on how much light hits it. ie; its darker durng the peak sunshine, and lighter in the morning and early evening.

Wshful thnking here.

I'm guessing that it is a "Focks hole"! (A small opening in the roof to allow alien probing without having to lower the roof!)

All I can think of is FUZZY and the students dancing around in jumpsuits singing "Greased Lightning". So my guess is big blower under plexiglass hood!

Immensly enjoyable.

The replies so far are great.

I spent part of today again at the tech school. Got the rest of the items done that the students had ready. They still ave a large part of the project to get ready by Tuesday. That way I can go in on Wednesday and Thursday to make some magic. Just in time to head out Maggie Valley.

After the items were done today, the owner got a really big permagrin.

Now to finish painting acouple parts in the shop and then head for bowling.

See ya later

But like the dog Duke in that family bean commercial. She's sworn to secrecy until it's done.

The dog has been known to be bribed in to giving it away. Hopefully the wife won't.

Now wto get in the shop and install some parts before I have to load the CUDA and head for the Jefferson swap meet for the weekend.

That's it! Actually I always picture FUZZY in a jumpsuit since his post on the men's calendar thread. Kim's going to have to bring pictures to Maggie Valley (or FUZZY can bring his jumpsuit! ).

I think its a truck that runs on salt water (will be real popular on the coasts) . . . the remnants of its combustion produce hydrogen which can be compressed and sold, oxygen which can be compressed and sold and salt tablets for use in real hot climates. Driving it 500 miles to an SSR event (1000 miles round trip) produces enough compressed hydrogen and oxygen for sale to pay for rooms and meals at these events. The salt tablets when sold will generate enough revenue to cover half the drinks at these get-togethers. BRILLIANT, Fuzzy ! !

Getting a head start this week

The student's finished their next step on Friday.

They called me on Monday morning about 9 and asked if I could come in and work on it early since I would be out of town this Friday through Sunday.

SURE!!!!

So off I went to the Tech school. Some of their equipmnet wasn't working properly, so I worked on it to get it right.

Worked on the project till 5:00. Had two students at a time with me. They were switchingoff from one to the other while I was just working away. I tired out 6 students by the end of the day.

Will have to go back Tuesday to do the second part. Gonna be an all dayer.

Trying to have this done before I head for Maggie Valley.

Again I ask you....when do you sleep?

So let's see... a machine was broken, you worked with 6 students and they were tired out by 5:00. (Was the calculator broken and everyone had to add numbers by hand ....ok, bad school joke).

Does it have anything to do with paint?
