SNL for 4-12-08

Hello and welcome to the extra early edition of Saturday Night Live.

Going to be a busy day for me so I thought I get this show up and running now rather then real late.

So… Calif. got some hot weather this weekend. Just right for those topless weekend drives.

Hope you guys back east were able to get your R out of storage and on the road.

As XSELER8 said last night, I do have announcement

In the coming weeks, I’m going to be with the So Calif nuts or I’ll be on vacation so I think it the best time for me to retire from being your weekly SNL host. It has been a lot of fun and I think it time to bring in a new host with FRESH NEW material. This position is up for grabs so anyone who wants to start a weekend thread go for it.

Like I said, it been fun and don’t worry, I’m still a supporting member and I’ll still be around to post my obnoxious post like I always do everyday.

Come one, came all and enjoy a chat with your friends.

Dang this is an early edition!!!

I thought you were going to announce a 2nd SSR addition to the family or something!

This is like Billy Crystal stepping down from hosting the Oscars.

Questions?
Will we have a best of SNL sometime?
Is there DVD of the "First Season" ?
Will you (RRR) be available for the best of/worst of thread awards?
Is Johnny Cash a Pay Toilet?
Will I win the Mega Lotto?

I think I know what is really going on with RRR. He is leaving the show becuase he is the latest SNL breakout star. You know like Belushi and Chevy Chase did.

He's retiring from everything. Work, SSRfanatic. Stardom & success can ruin a person. Will RRR be around as a consultant or are we on our own. What went wrong. Is it $$$. Is it something we said.

Holy smokes!

This was online before I was at work!

Just a check in while I wait for the folks back in DC to finish their stuff so I can continue (I'm at our off site data center).

Headed over to the casino in Cherokee to make my "donation" to the Cherokee tribe!

Its only 18 miles from my front door to the casino but I rarely go there unless its to a concert. The way I see it, I work to hard for my $$$ to throw it away. But thats where my brother and step-mother want to go so were going!

So wish me luck with my $50 limit I am allowing myself to throw away. Check ya'll later.

I'll be selling bratwurst this afternoon for the local Rotary club at the chamber's annual Home and Garden show. I guess I know what is for dinner tonight.

Another quick post because I'm still at work and bored!

They're having problems back at HQ and I'm stuck waiting to go home until they're done.

Bummer. What is the weather supposed to be like this weekend in your area? It is going to be in the 60's here tomorrow and 70's during the first part of the week.

Well, I guess it's time to saddle up and head over to the civic center to hawk some brats and sauerkraut (and maybe eat one or two myself). I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Checking in & checking out!

Need to go shopping for Kingsburg Style Poquito Beans supplies.

BBQ will be going shortly - family over for a Tri-Tip BBQ & I'll need to cook a few extra Tri-Tips to dice up to go into the beans!
