Yup. Loads of fun. When I drilled the center out it left the walls of the blank too thin. I nearly lost my finger in the drill press with a new bit that was new and sharp. Went through my fingernail. Dumb. That is how we learn to respect our tools.

Oh and trying to second guess the material we're working with, huh? "Killer "Acrylic just got a new meaning.

I found parts of it across the room. Wait until you see the atomizer when it is done. It is Irish Green with gold pump and ends. I have one more Green blank left. If this one is really ruined (I super glued it back together) then there is another chance.

I experimented with a pen today and made an extra large top that covers part of the bottom. My wife calls it the "mushroom" pen.

I think the NORMAL thing to do in Santa Monica would be to go to the beach, stick your feet in the water instead of sitting around inside with the A/C

Not here in MD. They're just as determined to strip us of everything here too.

Criminy, come to Texas. They have barns full of the stuff. I remember Florida being the same way. We just stepped outside, on July 4th, and watched our neighbors.

90-95 degrees inland today. . . westbound 210 coming back from a reservoir I'm doing at the Huntington Library in San Marino today . . . semi tangled with a couple of cars . . . rig went over, creamed the center divider . . . fire trucks, copters, and CHiPs all over the place . . . sat in traffic dead still for about 45 minutes . . . temp gauge stayed right on the "1" of 210 . . . didn't stray an inch (unlike my '04 ) . . . radio said freeway would be SHUT DOWN FOR 6-7 HOURS ! ! (diesel fuel everywhere) What a mess.
