I got tied up in that too Gary. After C&C I came home, did a couple projects and headed for my sister's home in Thousand Oaks. Got to La Canada-Flintridge and the sign boards were saying one lane ahead. It took me 20 minutes to get around it on surface streets. Spent the afternoon in T.O. by the pool. About 90 out there. Went to "The Sunset" restaurant at the beach about Kanan and PCH and it got down to 70 about sunset. My sister treated me, belated b'day present, so I then took her homw and headed back to Pasadena. Long but fun day. Top down all day.

Jeeze...you all checked out early last night and nary a one on here this a.m. Too much heat for ya? The heater actually clicked on this morning but looks like its gonna be a great outdoor day today....

Morning Randi. Dang hot outside here. I'm heading out to get some things taken care of before it get even hotter this afternoon.
Finally slept in for a change. It's been weeks since I've been able to pull that off.
Today - coffee, chrome, taxes, dog wash, Kingsburg preps and whatever else comes up.
74 now headed to 89 - a great day for anything with miles and miles of blue sky!

It is going to be beautiful here in Texas. I am not looking for an excuse to drive, I am just going to do it. Gotta fix the Jacuzzi. I think there is a leak in one of the air lines that control the blower motor. Today is a lean day on our new eating habits, so I need to pace myself.
