Working with the bank and one process can't proceed with out concluding another process. Then we can move forward.
You'll have the possibility to improve your material status through clever transactions and safe investments.
If the transaction with the bank is approved today. we can move forward on the offer for the home in Kansas city area. (ie. we'll have two houses instead of one)
Avoid trying to do two things at once

This would appear, on the surface to be an oxymoron,first because I do not usually change directions and second because spontaneity and my ego are usually in conflict and it has nothing to do with the established path.
