Want to know what a really bad day is or in my case a really bad 3 months. I bought a 05 in February and got it home a few day after that I found out these was still a lien on it and had to wait till the owner send the money and got the lien release before I could get it in my name well after 1 month I got the lien release letters from the owner and then went to the NJ DMV only to be told that they could not accept the lien letters alone if the title was not stamped by the bank as well so I myself got in touch with the bank which is in Oklahoma and told them what I needed and they said no problem send it and they will stamp it and return it well I know they got it as I had a return receipt and also called and knew they had it.
Now come the fun part after waiting another 3 three weeks and I called the bank to ask where is the title I was told it was send out weeks ago and as you can guess I did not get it so now I had to call the seller and ask him to go to his DMV in NY and get a replacement title which I will have to send to the bank again for the dumb stamp. In the mean time I have a wonderful Aqua Blur SSR sitting in my garage for the last 3 months and can not drive it. how is that for a bad day.
My SSR: Slingshot Yellow VIN 20778 Born 05 May 2005 (05/05/05)
