I understand she suffers from anxiety and depression and she was in rehab in June. I hope she gets the help she needs...I feel bad for her.

I wish drunken drivers had to do penance by driving around with one of those plastic plug-in lighted signs on top of their cars...you know, the ones like the pizza delivery folks use. It could read, "DUI Offender" on it.

That way we can see them coming and get out of their way.

Why not a DUI registry? Actually ... didn't one state already plan to create a DUI plate? They have sex offender registries, yet drunk drivers kill more people every year than there are homicides.

to have that much money and not hire a driver when you go out to drink is stupid, I don't care what personal problems you have . Be responsible

drinking one drink then driving is still Drinking and Driving

Here in Ohio; if convicted of a DUI offense; there is a yellow license plate w/ red numbers that one has put on their vehicle for a certain amount of time. (one year?)
Of course the slang for them is party plates... Don't know what kind of penalty that gives though as I see a truck with those "party plates" parked at a tavern near me all the time.... Who knows?...could be the bartender.

It's all that bimbo Denise Richard's fault! I need to check in with Perez Hilton and get all the details. (My guilty pleasure is celebrity gossip).

TV news said she was parked and it was Prescription medicine she had over consumed. Not Drunk. Arresting Officer said..." she was alone and confused as where she was..."

I am sure the drugs say don't operate heavy equipment while taking
and just because you are a star doesn't and shouldn't give you more rights than anyone else. If she was that confused (she was driving, when the officer stopped her) she have stopped and used that handy cell phone .
