Friday ..... Actually Thursday night was tramatic..... thats all I will say... hope the weekend is better

Looks crappy outside at the moment - as if it's going to rain (or snow - it's cold enough). But, not supposed to get any precip until tomorrow night if any. Looked up the weather report. 34 degrees with 100% humidity!
Anyway, gotta head out in about an hour. Club meeting at the range today. Early renewal meeting so lots of folks show up to pay up dues and get their range badge (needed to use the range facilities). That's going to be interesting too. The association that owns the range has switched to using a photo id now (had stamped buttons for each year previously).
It's supposed to warm up into the 50's by noon... so I might be able to get some shooting in too... provided I'm not too busy with the meeting.

Were cold here in the mornings now but in the 60's for the next few days!!

Well getting set to go quading, I do hope it warms up like the forecast says, or else it will be a short ride, still 10'F and a little more snow, really foggy and frost covering anything with no snow on it , looks pretty .....

Well, the fox and haze lifted here too and got somewhat sunny. Still here at our renewal meeting (1/2 hour left). I might get some shooting in... but it won't be much. Daylight is fading fast now.
Looks like it has been a pretty interesting game. Just came in from putting up Christmas lights. Beginning of the 4th quarter & Bama scored to go up by 4.
Wifie didn't feeling like cooking dinner so I took her out for Mexican food. I never get tired of eating tamales with rice and beans.
While eating, it started raining again. I sure don't like driving home when it dark and raining ... can't even see any of the lines on the street.

Cooked a new recipe for dinner... turned out pretty good.. chicken & potatoes in a white wine sauce...
It was a good day... I actually took it off... no errands, no shopping.. I did NOTHING.. I sat on the couch and watched movies all day.. Then found the recipe and cooked it.. and that was it.. what a wonderful day. I don't remember the last time I did nothing all day... talk about fun!!
I wish I could do nothing more of the time. I always have somewhere to be, some errand to pick up something... I don't really have weekends anymore. Last night I started writing my list of to-do for today.. and something stopped me in my tracks... I crossed out "Saturday" and put "Sunday"... pushed everything off to Sunday. I think I need to do that more often!
