Actually, I thought RAD-SSR had the COMMET.....

Good luck in your retirement Mark. I'll have my daughter send you some AVON skin moisturizer once you get settled in Hell - I mean Victorville.....

Mark...I've been looking at houses in Oak Hills, Pinon Hills, and Phelan area and there seem to be some good size properities available in all price ranges. Some have some very large garages.

We need at least a 3 car garage and a studio space for my retirement and just no feasible way to build that on our current lot so we may be moving too.

Let us know when you arrive.

Congratulations on your retirement. You will love it.
Make a point to get together with the others in the
Victorville area for lunch like the Wednesday retirees
do here. We have become great friends because of it.

I hope it all goes well for you! I hate moving. Next time better be to a place with a lot more garage space for me too.

Be sure to check in often and keep in touch.

Congrats Mark on the retirement and welcome to the land of "doing nothing, and not needing help to do it". If you do find something to do, you can always put it off until tomorrow.

That's how it works for me.

Contaulations Mark, Now you will see that I have been telling the truth. Once you retire you are busier than you ever were when you were working, and I have figured out why. You do not have the excuse "I have to go to work" when someone suggests doing something, or when you come up with an idea to do something. It is not as bad as it sounds because you are busy doing what you want to do.

PM on the way.
