I'd say that's a good day. You could have picked me up. Would have hung out with you.
Anytime my friend, anytime. You're always welcome!!! We went up that side of the Volcano to look for Humpbacks from higher grounds. A lot of boats were converging on 1 area and I thought a saw one jump or fluke his tail. Reports of mother & calf & a few escorts (males) in that area so I couldn't resist.
Hey Mike, man those Hawaian islands are beautiful, our week in Kauai was fantastic, we took ATVs all around were they filmed Jurassic Park and up a mountian to overlook the cresent beach where that six days seven nites was filmed and then down to the river where Harrrison Ford swung out over to the seaplane in raiders etc... Also took a doorless helicopter out over the canyon and around that Nepali coast line where King Kong was filmed, just beautiful, It must nice to see that coast line scenery all the time!!! 2Otters

Love the whale pics!!!!
Doesnt compare to the whales but saw some dolphins yesterday. To fast though, couldnt capture the shots. Did get some cute seagull pics though.
Also a young duck had somehow got over from the ponds on our grounds to the ocean. He was trying to swim in the ocean and the waves and saltwater were killing him. He was totallly exhausted and would have died shortly we think. Danny caught him and took him back across the street and back into the pond. He was happy to be back in the freshwater.

Great pics Mike!, sure makes me want to leave NW Indiana for a warmer climate. Beach Potato and everyone else, that front spoiler is getting close. I am working on it today. Almost tempted to show pics but it looks kind of funny with the big flange all the way around it.
GREAT images to see on a cold (27 degrees this AM in the Central Valley of California) day!
Beautiful - JUST beautiful!
More please??? I really like that 1st image!
We took the cross street behind my truck and went up the MTN as far as we could. That is where I took photo #1 above. The Island of Lanai is in the background.
