That guy needs a whuppin big time. I would have gladly claimed "I saw nothing" should a cop have asked in a situation like this.

Me thinks the minimal charges that will be dumped on this guy -- attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, destruction of private property, reckless endangerment, grand theft auto... Maybe they all won't stick, but it they'll only need one to put him away.
