Dead Battery

I have owned my 04 for two years .It is on its second battery. I only have 2700 miles on it. It does sit for an average of 2 weeks at a time. This last time was for about a month. Dead again. My dealer said to put it on a battery tender, I have talked to a couple a guys, they said bull. Anyone else with a similar problem. Thanks-----TOM.

Mine sat for 6 months last winter and fired right up this spring. No battery tender and no charger. You should check it for excessive draw when the key is off. There must be something causing it.

Could it be something as simple as the glovebox light not turning off?
