Problems with picture upload

High SSR friends,

would like to upload some pictures, I read the FAQ answer for this 20 times, but I cannot find that button!!!
To blind, to stupid ???????????, please give me some help!

You have to be a paying/supporting member, $25/year.

I am sorry to inform you that only "Supporting Members" can use our attachment features to upload their images onto our site. However, as one of our regular members you certainly can use a URL link from another photo hosting website to post images here.
