NauticalDave is my significant other. He knows how frustrated I get when I can't figure out why is making a particular noise - hopefully, he will pick up a few tips here to help soothe my concerns.
(It only took about 6 months for me to convince him to finally join the forum.)
Dave will be accompanying me to MV. He MAY be allowed to drive some - negotiation is ongoing.
Marc - thanks for your help in correcting the spelling error. And for the direct link to WDC. Will let you know what we decide - hopefully, we won't be too late to sign up if we wait a couple more weeks.
Looking forward to meeting other like-minded folks in MV.
She is the tame one...me you never know that is why I don't get to drive. Pluse I prefer 2 wheels and she still accuses me of trying to put the ssr on two wheels
for fixing my spelling errors couldn't find spell check....sure it is here somewhere and we may make it up there. But will have to figure out how to get my two wheeled vehicle up there too
I've been trying to get Kim (MrsHeartbeat) to do the same.
I think you may have missed Dave's point, David. The key is NOT for the woman to sit by quietly and look good, but for the man to mind his place.
JUST TEASING!

No sucess after almost 30 years. Guess I should just shut up and look pretty myself...
Now you've got the idea.

We are a Harley - SSR couple from the Georgia Alabama line.
Harley and SSR seem to be a common theme amongst many forum members. Can't wait to hear about folks' bikes at MV. As soon as I convince Dave to become a supporting member, he will upload a pic of his two-wheeled vehicle as his avatar.
Looking forward to meeting you and your bride in MV, David.
Rumor has it Julie isn't planning to take you to MV with her!

! ! ! ! ! !
Dave has either earned or bought his right to go to MV - today, he bought an in-dash navigation system (dvd, cd, mp3, iPOD interface, bluetooth, am/fm - and let's not forget GPS) for . Now, if we can just find a double din-kit locally or have one shipped overnight - we will be all set for MV. Oh, he also humored me and bought two-way radios so we can hear what is being said while on the road.
Hope everybody (including NauticalDave) knows I'm teasing about "earned or bought". He truly is a good man whom I am blessed to have in my life.
