I noticed that when we were in Daytona alot of us have handicapped parking plackards. I thought it would be cool to start a " handicap " club. Everyone is invited to join! Do you have a handicap ????????

I have a handicap tag. Knee is completely worn out, needs replaced, I can only walk a short distance, even then with difficulty. Tag is 05 SSR.
