Why is Hawaii located in the Pacific Northwest area. In my maps of the world Hawaii would be in the Pacific area. Could some body let me know why this is soo!!!!!!
It's off & on, mostly down for repairs, cracked keel or broken rudder or something along those lines. Very few are using it. They promised, one flat fee, car plus the people inside in seats, not like a truck full or anything like that. And then they started charging by vehicle and per person, one way. It's still cheaper to fly RT & rent a car, then to take the Ferry. Then they charge extra to get into the bar. Always the fear of protestors when you get to your destination.
Parts of Canada requested to be put into the NorthWest??????

I hear people in Alaska talk about the lower 48. maybe that should be the lower 49 including Hawaii. Or refer to the lower contiguous 48 and the lower Hawaii. But Hawaii is on the same line as lower Florida. So maybe Hawaii should be included in the reference to the lower 49.
