Increase Reading Time

When i am scrolling down a list with the curser and the contents pop up for ten seconds so you can know what it is about my question is;
HOW DO I INCREASE THAT 10 SECONDS TO LIKE 30 SECONDS.

That is a technical question....that I don't have the answer to.

I would imagine that it is imbedded in the HTML code sent to the computer and is not changeable. I guess that someone who is a HTML/web coder could answer this better than I have.....so I'm just bumping your post.

Other forums I belong to are set up the same way here, but they allow that little window to stay open as long as the cursor is held on the link... I like that...
