IntelliTXT Ads Removal

Many of you may not have read the global announcement at the top of the forum.

You can disable the ads by following the instructions in this thread post....

Since I did.....I no longer have the doubled under-worded line and ads

My signature area............

"A woman and her truck is a beautiful thing" after disabling the ads I no longer see "truck" underlined and an ad leading to Dodge Trucks

Try it it's easy and stops the annoying ads

Also took out the side bars... makes posts look the same... (full screen)

It,s what the owner of the web site likes $$$$. They get money everytime someone clicks on one of the ad's.

I know that but who on earth is going to do that as we're all clicking the disable function so we're not being bothered by these ads.

I think only members can disable the link. All of our guests will be paying the bills.

It's bad enough we get all the SPAM with the 'new owners', now we get advertising too. This totally SUCKS!

I've turned that trash OFF.

Good luck getting another $25.00 from me for this crap.

Thanks HRG for the reminder about disabling! I'd read it, hadn't done it, and was getting ready to look for the thread again when I spotted yours.

I hope the new owners/administrators are monitoring. The ads just started on mine this morning (4 in about 3 minutes). Good way to keep me from renewing if there was not a way to disable them.

As you can see it can be turned off.

It is just another one of those great advantages that being a "Supporting Member" brings to you.
