What cracks me up is. You can't find anyone that has not paid their dues.
You can find where they have replied to someone elses Post. I found this to be frustrating. Some of our Fanatics have passed on, but I still like to go back and revisit some of their Posts and Threads.
Sorry but I just couldn't help myself. Maybe I did?

Searching is such a pain in the butt anymore
Not sure if this is new to you or helpful but Dwight (BlueStreak) Moody knows his brother "Brown" quite well. told me about this:
Click Search
Click Advanced Search
Then input Member name or as much as you recall and you will get a dropdown.
Then you can select Posts or Threads.
This has helped me a great deal but still no where close to the old Member List.

It still more trouble then the old way.
Just the other day, a newbie posted a question & I know I saw the answer within the last week or two, but without active topics that goes back, it took forever to find it. On top of that, I couldn't recall the author of that original thread.

I know. It is a PIA but trying to make the best of it assuming we aren't going to have a choice.
I have not tried it yet but using the same method as above there is another area below that says "Search Options" which may be a way to track down something like what you were looking for.

I'm starting my own members list with pictures in a MS Word document--but I'll be limited to those posting from today on.
So far I have two in my list, you and Moody
Before you get carried away with all that fancy word document stuff, why not put the information found on this thread to good uses. Member Names = Real Names
Is this a GOOD LIST to be on...or a BAD LIST (I'm already on a few sh*t lists)
It's just a list I'm making for myself with pictures associated with names and user ids. Since I haven't been to any events yet I'd kinda like to know what people look like in case I meet them some day.
Once I get it completed I could send it to those who add their info to it. All I'm doing now is copying pictures/avatars (if they're pictures of people) and pasting in the table I have constructed.
I might be reinventing the wheel here but it keeps me off the streets at night.

No I think you have a good Idea. I see these Run Photos all the time, but only occasionally does someone put a name with the Picture or even their SSR. Now I can connect most Fanatics with their SSR. Thats tough to do with the Stock SSRs. But its nice to know who went on a specific Run and what they look like.
