No Photos being uploaded???

I've been uploading photos but none have showed up. Any reason or is it just me?

Are you talking about the gallery? If so, it takes a little time as somebody( one of the Moderators) in the control room needs to approve them.

Are you trying to upload to the Gallery or to attach picture in a post. If the Gallery, they are moderator reviewed before they are posted.

If trying to load attachments, make sure they meet the format and size requirements or use one of the off-site photo programs.

At one time I had to approve all photos that got uploaded in our gallery to make sure they were appropriate and also stored in the right categories.

However, since we have new owners I don't have to do that task anymore.

FYI: I am not aware if anyone else has to approve them.

If you look at all the photos that have been uploaded, there are not any after November of '09. I've tried several times to upload photos into the gallery and none have been posted. Apparently no other photos are being uploaded either. Who has that responsibility now????

I had this same problem when trying to load into my gallery. It kept saying the file was too big, funny thing was I down loaded images from my gallery and tried to reload them and it said file too big or file not recognized. I have not been able to load to my gallery since late last year.

Problem still not resolved.

altough I can attach files to any thread, pics too.

You are correct. Apparently the last one that was uploaded was by RRR on 11/28/09.

I will have to check in with Don "AF_Don" our site's owner's Admin guy to see what gives with our site for uploading images.
