I've noticed that the header loads up quick - then the rest of the page will eventually finish.

I haven't had problems posting though... (except I think that when I'm at work, I can't UPLOAD images - but, thats my employers doing!)

Definately Slower.....the old site pages would appear in 3 to 5 seconds when selected......my pages take 8 to 10 seconds now. Doesn't seem like a few seconds is a lot of time, relatively speaking, except when you have had faster updates in the past. I suspect loading the "improved" graphics has a lot to do with it.

P/P

Peace

Sad, isn't it, J LaStrap?

Definitely slower since the "new and improved" but tonight it seems to be almost BACKING UP!

OK I'm a computer idiot so I find this site overwhelming even though I've been using logging into the site for about a month. I'm not even sure this is the forum to bring this up iN? I am learning alot and this site is for fanatics. I've loved the SSR since I saw a purple one at the 2002 corvette funfest in effingham ill. I test drove a 2003 but at that time the $47k price tag was way out of my budget. Now 5+ years later under $30k just may be within reach. Yesterday I drove 80 miles to a dealership to test drive a 2005. They handed me the keys and I had it for an hour before I relunctancly brought it back. AND now there is no doubt in my mind that I've GOT to have one. The one I tested was an auto and I'm a stick person so the hunt is on. When I actually get one I guess I'll become a member which just today i read a thread that mentioned such a thing. Maybe there needs to be a forum for the computer impaired FANATICS. Also are there any Friends of Bill W. (No offense but I'm not talking about FOB, Bill Clinton)that are FANATICS too. Some of the Qoutes sounds like there might be. If so PM me. I've got a tech question so I'l try and go there now. Wish me luck slfwilrr

Yes...if you pay the $25, then you can set it so that you don't have all the annoying ads loading up.......other than that, PM Dascrow and ask him.

As another option, you can block specific pages automatically with your interenet options in your browser....like you could block all info from eBay.com and that would make your load time quicker.
