Replace the Black Screen

Good Evening.....!

I have did some searching and can't quite find what I was looking for. I believe that I would like to replace the black screen behind the grill with something that would provide more of an accent for the grill. I don't see this being "shiny" chrome but not a "flat" or "brushed" look.

Does anyone have thoughts on what could be used?

Gary

The grille piece is a custom job. I have not seen anyone change thiers out yet. There are places on the net that will sell you a sheet of the grille mesh. You could try this first or find a customize shop to do the work for you.

It's been done. Look up member RaticalSSR he has a photo of his grille in his signature line, Chevy Bowties in chrome. Also look at Tommy Z Design's avatar photo it's woven wire. APC used to sell the Chevy Bowtie stuff, but not any more. Try Summit Racing's on-line catalog.
