Sloooowwwww site!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't hardly get on the site any more. I takes minutes for the site to come up and the same when opening a topic. When I try to post it kicks me off and says I am not allowed. This happens a lot and I have stopped trying to get on a lot of times because of it. Is this happening to others out there????? It worked fine this morning and was able to post this........

Changed browser to Firefox and , now, seems ok!

The site was running slow for me a couple of times today.
Dascrow was working on the site today, but it should not have affected anyone.

If you continue to have problems tomorrow, let us know.

He was updating some code.
The default is set to show the links...so after updating the code, he had to reset the settings to not show it. You should not have seen the links more than 15 mins.

Know what else I noticed and it only happens when this site is open.....I can no longer see my bottom Window XP Start Bar or any of the other windows I have opened. I have to minimize this site to see them. Any clues?????

This is really strange. This afternoon this site (AND ONLY THIS SITE) was slow as hell for me, but now it seem fine.

Why can't you owner(s) keep this site working good like Troy did?

Things that might explain it:

1) Site can have different code for IE and Firefox
2) The same code can be dealt with differently by IE and Firefox
3) You could have picked up a virus which affects your IE. I had one that was almost impossible to get rid of and it was only detected by 1 of 3 virus scanners.

I don't understand the Google comment though.
