Today's Posts Quick Link

Troy,

Would it be possible to add to the 'Quick Links' drop list a "Today's Posts" search link?

The Thunderbird site that I'm a member of has this feature and it's nice to see all of the posts for the current day.

The search screen let's you do 'Yesterday' and newer but not 'Today'. Thanks!

That's actually something that I was considering. I'll look into it. It shouldn't be too hard. I just need to figure out the best place to locate it. There is only so much room to go across the top with the menu.

btw... right now you see the link to today's posts when you are logged out.

The space issue is why I was suggesting adding the new link to the 'Quick Links' drop list of links. That way you won't consume any more space on the main header area. The ThunderBirdNest.com site has their "Today's Posts" link located right below the "New Posts" entry in the "Quick Links" drop list.

Thanks!

That's probably the best way to do it. I'll get it setup.

For now I setup a new menu pulldown called Active Topics. It has a variety of lengths in it.
