I've never heard a complaint about the Nittos. They get great mileage considering they are soft and sticky. I'm not aware of any problems with the Toyos, but know of a couple of Fanatics who weren't happy with the farm truck look they got with the oversize tires.

I know of one who is doing his best to wear them out so he can get some Nittos.
Ray: you might want to look at the new Toyo Proxes ST ll,they dont look anything like the old Proxes,as a matter fact they look every bit as good as
Nittos,or any sport high performance all seasonal tire,IMO When you say Nitto's are you refering to the cool 555,because the model under has a goofy tread design, looks like two different tires molded together, may be good traction, but not pleasing to the eye,IMO.

Got Nitto Invos - awesome performance, really quiet, best rim protection I've ever seen, good pricing, love the tread design.

Not going anywhere else for tires.

Talking Nitto Invo Tires

I just got back from Discount Tires and had the Nitto Invo's installed...have only had my '05 for a few months, but had the original RSA's on it...backs were getting thin in the middle and was concerned running 7 year old tires. The Invo's seem to be a drastic improvement over stock tires...quieter, tracks better, seem much stickier so far...I've never had a tire swap make that big a difference...wish now I had gone with these on my 2007 C6....Thanks to all for the feedback on these Nitto's...very happy with the choice!

It's great timing to read about NITTO INVO's. My last upgrade were theTOYO's. Were better than GY'S, but did not like tight fit in the front fenders. Just placed my NITTO order after reading all the positive reviews. Looking forward to happy cruising.

My Nittos finally arrived. I bought them in Kissimmee FL and shipped them as a group of 4, to myself on the 27th of Feb.

Thank you to UPS. One front tire arrived on March 8th, 2 more arrived on March 21st and number 4 arrived on the 22nd.

PRICELESS!

Now that I can finally exhale, I can't wait to install them.

My Nitto INVO's were installed on Saturday. Awesome, love the look, ride and profile right away. Will be going to 35# tonight when tires are at normal temp. Can't wait to see how they are in the rain. Thanks again for all input about this tire, it really helped in tire selection.

I must like them. I bought another set last week for my second SSR. I love the profile and rake the Nittos give the truck. The tread pattern is pretty damn cool looking too.

I seem to always park mine so the front wheels are turned. Had a lot of comments on the tread design.

Favorite so far - "Dude, those are badass tires."

Favorite comment about the SSR came from a couple of mid-20s guys, walking the strip in Penticton with open beers - "Dude, that is a totally "f....ing" sick ride.

Second favorite was the day I picked up my first SSR in North Carolina to drive it home. Made a gas stop, had an old guy (older than me) come out leaning on his cane - "Son, that's the purtiest thing I've seen in years."

I got my Invos thru Mike at Duxler tire in Libertyville, Ill. under $1100, mounting, balance, and aligned. I went with a 20 front and a 22 rear on new Helo 866 rims. Because of the diameter, I went with a 245-40 in front and 285- 35 rear. Plenty of tread on the road
