jan 21.13 - Couple of new pics.
We have 22" rim spliced out to 12" wide ( from 9").
The 335/25/22 Pirelli tire fits nice.
It's overall diameter is just 1/4" smaller than that of a stock 295/40/20 tire.
there is an honest inch between the back of the 22" tire and the frame.
here is a little progress on mating of kaminari front facsia to ZZR fenders and Cooper headlights.
The upper grille bar is adopted to new fender/headlight shapes.
the front is still unfinished, we are working out wether or not to keep the original turn signals. Grille mesh needs installed too.
Just added polished fog lights June 2014.
Here we have a next part of the build - the retro small rear window. Instead of fiberglass work though (http://www.ssrfanatic.com/forum/f4/i-love-new-mod-47717/), per our customer's request we do this one all steel.
The rear glass here is used from Chrysler Crossfire convertible.
An interior panel was fabricated to compliment the smaller window.
Here is a YOU TUBE link to how it was done ( Part 1 Exterior)

Edit 1.21.2018
With reservation, I originally removed information from this post at request of ZZR to protect the client (Shaitzkeep) but feel results of the past 5 years has removed any reason for me not to divulge my knowledge
This is only for documentation of individual SSR history
The donor vehicle was 1GCES14H66B122221 - FLOOD TITLE - MI 8.27.2005
The body and interior from #6B122221 were united with the frame and power frame from 1GCES14H55B119373 - JUNK TITLE - KS 5/2006
These SSR's are now titled as one - MI0496A189189K09086 - I assume the MI is MICHIGAN
This number is the Title Number
I have run CarFax's for both VIN's - the 5B119373 runs dry in 2006
6B122221 shows an oil change in 2017 - so it has retained the MY2006 VIN with a MI Rebuilt Title Tag
It seems the VIN for the 05/06 meld are considered to be the 2006 Body VIN, not the 2005 Frame VIN
the 22" replcas of trailblazer rims came 9" wide.
We spliced them to 12". The 335/25/22 Pirellis mounted nicely,
there is an 1" room between the tire's back and frame. pics are on top of the thread, for ease of viewing.
pics upstairs, front fascia, ZZR fenders and Cooper headlights put together and painted. This is not the final paint though, it just a guide paint, showing if there are any areas in need fine tuning before the final paint job.
We done the hood,
the pic is upstairs, post #3.
The girl is a friend of mine, I'm trying to persuade her to become an official ZZR girl. She is very photogenic IMO.
I need you guys to post your opinion about that.
She is kind of shy and does not really want to model or anything like that.
If we were to persuade her. maybe her twin sister would also join.

We just finished ZZR side exhaust, pics are at the top of the thread,
we also built custom buckets for the driving lights. Kaminari front which we
used (modifyed to work with Copper lights and custom grille bar) does not have provisions for the driving lights. More in the near fusture
