Mike I seem to remember something about the switch being loose where it goes into the seat cushion. See if it wobbles when you wiggle it by hand. Good luck these things can drive us crazy. Sorry I haven't been in touch I've been really busy with my father In Law. He has a deer camp in Roosevelt past Junction that we are getting back in shape. It's covered up with Axis and white tail.

    Hello Mike,
Did you ever get the starting issue resolved?
I would swear it is crazy enough to be the ignition switch; seems like most of the time when there are weird electrical gremlins it turns out to be the switch. There are a few issues with the main fuse box under the hood but those are far more rare.

Had 05 3 weeks today. Has 65,000 miles. Drove about 40 minutes and needed fuel..after tanking up would not start. No sound, no starter, nothing. After repeated attempts and contacting tow truck (maybe 10 minutes) turned key and all is well. Would not come out of park either but am thinking most likely the ignition switch. Will take to shop Monday...any ideas?

Welcome. Not much going on this time of the year in San Antonio. Quite a bit activity going on in the Dallas area as usual. From time to time the San Antonio area Rs get together. Blueroadster 06, Carl, usually leads the way with get togethers. Keep an eye on the Texas forum, if something is happening this is where you will see it. Thanks for your service, brother in arms and SSR color. Take care. Hope to see ya at a get together soon.
