Spook....that is sharp. Looks like you started out with the Rubbermaid bed liner and turned it into something really nice. Lighting sets if off. I like it!

Thx oldxr. It was a lot of work. 1/4 plywood underneath it to make it rigid and a way to secure all the pieces together. I put 4 SS rings embedded in the floor (in each corner) to secure stuff when I use it as a truck bed or travelling. The lighting is a blue LED strip and if you look on the right you can see the on/off button wired thru the external voltage source. I finished the bed with hand rubbed polyurethane. Appreciate the comment!

Nice looking bed Spook really stands out and is different, plus you have the best color R to do that to.

Purplehaze: You wouldn't be biased now would you?? I wanted a purple one in the worst way when they came out. Found one in late 04 that had been in a little tiny Chevy dealership for 8 months. Had 2 miles on it. I will more than likely die with this car in my possession. Unless I downsize the herd as I get older. Have a good one!

VDP.....I certainly don't mind someone hijacking my threads. I think it's like the water cooler in the office.....always fun and interesting.

Flamming: Bought 6 switches off ebay that have a blue light in them when active (lights on). Wired the lights thru the truck bed power source on the right side. There was also already a factory hole in the bed liner so I just put the switch there and put the light controller behind it and under the black plastic liner. You can see the switch in my post (#2) if you expand it. I don't have a part#...I did this many years ago.

You bet...if you need a better picture of the switch just let me know. Very easy to wire off of that power plug.

Nice bed!
I particularly admire that bottle and its contents. WOW do you ever run it at the strip?
Thanks, Charles
