'04 Ricochet Silver #10111
SOLD——-MGP SSR logo red caliper covers for sale

====SOLD===
I have a set of MGP caliper covers, red with the silver SSR logo for sale. I bought these brand new from MGP via WALMART.com and I could never really get them to install right on my SSR. I was able to get 2 one but for some reason I couldn't get the clips to stop rubbing on the inside of the rotor. MGP sent me out 2 new sets of replacement clips after I spoke to their technical department but I've decided to forgo trying to put them on and will focus on perhaps either painting the calipers or getting powder coated calipers in the future.
This set is in really good condition with some scuffing on the underside of the caliper covers (will not show when installed). I will send a few of the extra clips as well. I paid $200 new, and I would like to get $150 plus shipping which is around $10. PM if you're interested.

I had a little trouble with the front installs on my 06, after numerous bending exercises of the clips I finally found the sweet spot and I'm confident that they won't move or slide.

I wonder what the problem is...these covers are one of the easiest and most trouble-free things I've ever done to my truck. They never rattle, loosen, or clank.

My favorite thing about them is that they don't even get dirty. No special care, no brake dust...they look new. I hardly ever even have to wipe them off.

I had mine powdercoated sparkly blue to match the insides of my rims and front/rear bowties:

2004 in Black and now 2005 in Black, what a pair
I wasn't sure about adding them to my truck but after I did was very happy with the end result. Between my black truck and chrome wheels they are a nice detail. Mine were easy to put on and worth the money.
