Thank you for registering and sending money... but

Yes the registrations have been coming in....

But.. there is still time for more to sign up.

But.. as I look over the list.. I see some are holding out... eg: Nevada has only YellowDZH coming and RDSTR42 is bring him.

But.. there are some that have not committed all the way...

But.. how can anyone that able not come to the Biggest gathering of SSR's

So, make no buts about it... sign up --- pay up -- and

"Nothing could be finer than a sweet ride to your local diner."

Not Refundable ??? Are you sure ??? Most Hotels only have a 24 hour Cancellation Rule. In 2015 we only had 2 that couldn't come and they said "Keep the money, just send me my T shirt" Oh well, all's well that turns out well.

I wasn't referring to hotels. I was referring to the registration fee of $75 per person on registration form says non refundable.

While you're sitting on the fence, you're leaving the people who have spent buckets of blood, sweat, and tears trying to put this together, hanging with unknowns. Give 'em a break.

To help us with our planning we would love to have everybody pay full registration fee. But, we know that life can change on a dime.

We would like to assure you that if you are still not able to go all-in, we will refund you some of the registration fee.

If you have over the past year let us know you were planning on attending, then we have accounted for that and have occurred expenses.

If you have sent us your fee, and unable to attend we can refund $50 per person after Sept. 1st.

If you are unable to attend but want the shirt and goodie-bag we can refund you $35 person or $85 per couple.

We appreciate your effort to attend, and hope you can make it to enjoy the full Rally experience.

Unfortunately we have decide to cancel out on the this rally.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I also canceled reservations for two KING rooms at the Hilton Garden ad they may be available unless they have a "standby" list to fill these rooms.

We hope it's a great rally!

According to Page 1, Post #3, 77% have paid !!! As of tomorrow, August 23rd ONLY 43 days remain before Dinerman (Frank & Margaret) closes the Registration door and cuts the ribbon to opening ceremonies at the 2017 International SSR Rally live and direct from Denison, Texas. Celebrities expected include; The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, George Straight, 4 Time Indianapolis 500 winner A J Foyt, the ever lovable Dicktator, Tune specialist, the one and only Joe Delano, Aftermarket Parts guru Mike Moro and 50/50 Ticket sales specialists Michael & Linda Roe and one surprise last minute guest !!!

Now how can you pass on that star studded lineup ??? I don't have a dog in this fight as we cannot make it this year ... but wish Frank & Margaret the very best. tennesseecozydog

C'mon fanatics

SIGNATURE SSR #14 RAFFLE

Most of you attendees already know, but some may not, so here is your kick in the butt.....

Floyd Bailey's Signature Series #14 SSR will be raffled off at the closing banquet. Tickets are only $100. Where else will you get the chance to get a special low mileage Signature Series SSR for only $100??????

Since ticket sales have slowed, the raffle will most likely have to be opened up to outside the SSR Fanatic family. While I am not opposed to this, just think how much more special to have a Fanatic and Actual Attendee be present when the winning ticket is drawn. What more memorable event can that be?????? So purchase your raffle tickets NOW!!

Link to raffle ticket sales, click here

Also get those registration fees paid, there is only about 40 days left before the rally..

Sorry Fanatic Family... We've had our attention on other things lately.
Just got back online...

First...
OMG Dinerman !!!! You and your team are doing a GREAT JOB !!!!
This is really coming together!!!

Next,.
Speaking from experience,.. (coordinator for the 2013 International)
This event takes a lot of work to put on..
As time closes in,. it becomes a full time job.
During the event it is a round-the-clock responsibility.
Stresses build as plans come together.
Please understand that the Rally fee helps bring it all together.
It helps budget the event. The earlier it comes in, the easier it is on the Coordinator.
If funds are withdrawn, something has to be cut. Thus adding stress to your coordinator.
Don't be afraid to commit ,.
If you cant make it,. then just think of your "un-refundable" fee as a contribution to a great family.

Finally,..
We need to keep this site alive!
Events like this are important to strengthen our bond.
This is an awesome group of people...

New-bees or "on the fence" folks,. ....
You have Thousands of friends you haven't met yet,..
And hundreds of them are going to be in Texas.
Take advantage of this opportunity and go for it... You will not regret it!!!

All the best to Everyone

Wild Bill and Chilie Pepper.

Leading parades since 2010,. 4th of July, Memorial, Veterans, and Mother Road 66 in Springfield ILL .

Great State of the SSRfanatics speech Bill !!! Wish you all were living in Nashville, the NHL Nashville Preds are having try outs to sing the National Anthem at the Preds home games. Chilie Pepper would win hands down. That was the most beautiful acappella rendition of our National Anthem, that she did at our 2015 SSR International Rally closing banquet, that we have ever heard. Absolutely beautiful !!! Again thank you for all your help at the 2015 Rally and most of all leading the Friday Night City Lights Cruise In (where we got the Best Club Spirit award), that started in the shopping center parking lot across the street from the Rally Headquarters to Historic downtown Springfield which some of it was on old city Route 66. Hope you all are doing well and again THANK YOU, they just don't come any better than you and Chilie Pepper !!! Bob Alexander
