Due to my Daddio's poor health at 89 years young, today, I will not be able to attend the rally as his time is limited so must be with him. There will be more rallies to come but there is only one Daddio!

Forget the guide line, I will sing O Canada if we are singing national anthems! Don't ask me to sing it in Quebecois! I'm not bi-lingual, I only speak broken english

Hi,

Looks like Floridah, Dennis & Jo Miller are going to have to cancel. I just had a "slightly abnormal" EKG and the doctor wants me to see a cardiologist next week. I had a nuclear stress test in May and passed with flying colors.

Better to err on the side of caution when you are old and overweight.

Everyone have a great time! We will miss seeing you.

Best regards,
Dennis & Jo Miller

Hi,

Thanks for the kind words. In terms we all understand, it looks like my personal "Check Engine" light flickered, and that is what we will do.

And Away we Go....

Heading to Denison Monday to get ready for the BIGGEST SSR Rally ever.

The Texas R team will start Tuesday to insure your rally experience is a great one.

Now, if you just decide to come.... well, come on. There is plenty of room at the Hampton.. and you will still get the whole Rally experience.

31,000 View and this thread is about to end.

New Picture thread will start soon.

Thank you all for encouragement, help and suggestions... it all helped to make your rally happen for 2017.

I just now have someone to take my place at work and can make the event if that is still possible. I have a registration form downloaded and filled out but have not sent anything since I will get there before the mail. Don't have a room yet but imagine I can find one. Just don't want to make the trip if I can't participate. If it is not possible to register I understand. Let me know as soon as possible so I can work out the logistics.

Frank, If I'm not mistaken, Doc's SSR is the one that was used in the SSR advertisement back in 2003. He has since made some modifications. Mick is a DVM (Small Animal Veterinarian) in St. Louis. Great SSR addition to the Rally if I am correct. Bob Alexander
