Maybe some of the "shoot from the hip" critics should visit the build threads for Rodzilla
Members of some duration will recall the build as it progressed, the effort and I am sure the money that went into it.
Some want stock - others want to really expand what they can do with a very interesting truck

And the critics, be it movie, food, automotive - who loves a critic?
We hate our SSR critics, why join that mess?

I saw the listing on eBay and it was equipped to breathe smoke and dinosaur type sounds effects, don't know if they were added later in life.

Ugly is not the one word, that word is FUGLY!!!!!!!

I do like the headlights and I think that with a really good detailed Raptor like paint scheme would make all the difference in the truck, also change the teeth to something less silly looking. If I win the lottery, I'll buy it and fix it up. Yeah like that's going to happen. I always thought that a paint scheme of a Tyronasours Rex on one of those Kenworth or Peterbilt slope nose tractors and the trailer would look spectacular going down the road and very scary at night in between street lights. That would be a fifty thousand dollar paint job.

Rodzilla/DinoSSauR is for Sale at North Freeway Hyundai in Houston.
I did a double take when I drove by on the Interstate today.
They have it right on the front line with the other SSRs. That thing is going to cause an accident!
Cash.... are you holding out? Are you responsible for that? LOL

It is definitely an eye catcher. It is not my taste but I can certainly appreciate the amount of work and the craftsmanship it took for this customization. I think those headlights would look good on this one though:

No Greg, I have not bought Rodzilla either of the 2 times
Paul is a very interesting and aggressive owner, considering he is a Hyundai Dealer
Having sold over 700 SSR's he obviously believes in SSR's - I trust & love his judgement

The first time Rodzilla was on the lot it was gone in a couple days
He purchased it again - taking a bit more time to sell - but I trust in Paul.
Just like some Big Apple Yorkers might say "I believe in Eli"

Trust me, I have a lot more faith in Paul! HaHa!

I bought the Slingshot Rainbow SSR - many poo-poohed it
It never even hit the lot and it was gone.

Just my opinion, but some might try to get a grip on their opinions!

***I was incorrect
Not sure why it took so long for delivery but the "Rainbow" SSR just arrived and showed up on Nfwy website this morning.
Maybe it was all of the PA highway tolls etc
I think it is stunning and my advice to Nfwy is the price of $31k is too low

This is one of the cooler SSR's I have dealt with

There is a corner of the internet known as
"Awful Taste, Great Execution"

I believe to many people, this corner
would be a suitable showroom for it.
The way I see it, much like the Rootybooty from Velocity, even though it may not be to my exact taste, this mouthy
Cheese Doodle is still one of our own.
For one reason or another, we all got our trucks because they are something the average driver doesn't see every day.
It's different.
Some of us, (like the previous and future owners of this one) just like to be a little
more different than... just different.

Be it good, or be it bad, it is one of our siblings, and if for no other reason,
I like it for that.

See Post 36 for a link to the Rainbow (as I call it) SSR

Here is the link again - I really like this SSR!
Trisha is in her 80's, was probably about 70 years young when she came up with this design - very creative woman

Very Cool. Where did the Ground Effects kit come from. I don't think I have ever seen that set up.

The boards would likely be MPD1 (Eric)
As far as the doo-dads behind the rear tire, they were available way back in the day - can't remember who was doing those
I kind of think it was the people that did #309 but not sure
They have long since left the game if it is who I am thinking of
#309 was The Enduro, Trachtech, Detroit Locker, a great SSR of many identities but be darned if I can think of the company that did the original work on that one
They are pretty cool - I like the look - someone should take them on again

Thanks, looks like Eric sells a SSR Ground Effect kit and the running boards in the kit are a different design than the boards he sells separately, that's what threw me off. I have not seen this kit all together, looks great.

Great - I didn't realize/remember Eric was doing those rear quarter pieces.
