Tech Day at Dicktator's/Pictures

Friday was busy with SSR problems.

Bill aka Lightbulb came down from Savanna to have his roof fixed. I looked at his roof at Hands on Tech Day in Deltona but it needed undivided attention.

Nothing was working, push button, no pump, nothing. Manually raise roof cover, pump starts, flipper runs. So, not pump, not RDM, so where? what?

Ed Borland aka ED in Fl came down with his new Tesla (what a car!!). We put on my Tech2 which showed no signal to HES on hyd. cylinder for roof cover.

Had to take wire harness apart from connector to HES, found TWO broken wires where harness "bends" around end of cylinder. Repaired them and roof is now back in service.

Afternoon we remove two Hyd. lift cylinders for the roof on Don's R. Sent to Cabriolet Hydraulics in Bradenton for rebuild.

Put on Bed Struts for Mike who dropped by, also programed two new Fobs he had just bought. Added little Hyd. Oil for Roland in his R. Bed light on Bill's R.

Dicktator

1. Ed looking for broken wire.
2. Found them, both side by side. Humm?
3. Soldered/heat shrink
4. Jim Greeley/Toronto getting down to business for hyd cylinder removal.
5. Hold harness out to remove hyd lift cylinder.

AWESOME!! I'm going to call General Motors on Monday & recommend that they grant Dicktator a part-time Senior Consulting Engineer contract even if this position doesn't exist.
