Attention Getter

I believe the SSR gathers more attention on the road than any other vehicle I have owned. It even gets more stares and reactions than the vehicle it replaced; a Polaris Slingshot motorcycle/car hybrid.

It was, but literally had 7 recalls in 3 years. Great design and engineering but poor construction. Also service was ungodly expensive. $170 for an oil change.

I like the SSR because I get to enjoy driving it a lot more than any of the rest I have owned. Rain or shine I can enjoy it. Couldn't with some of my other cars.

IF I had more garage space and IF I could get in and out of one, I wouldn't mind owning one. A friend not far from me owns one. They go to beat heck.

My Indian dealer sells quite a few Slingshots. I've heard owners talk about how hot the foot wells are. Four cylinder car engine, they should put ac on them to remedy that.

It was fun. There is a trick to getting in and out. Not as fast as they feel because so low. 0-60 no faster than an 05/06 SSR.
