Trailblazer parts on a SSR

So I found a buddy with a trailblazer SS for parts , has headers and a DJM front lowering kit from the trailblazer, these parts should fit on the SSR right? After all itís just a trailblazer underneath , right ?

04 Silver/Race Stripes 4:10 gears tuned at 130mph lowered 2"
Not exactly!! Trailblazer frame XL, (extra long) send to Bowling Green Corvette where they shortened 13 inches.

Also front suspension is different.

Suggest you contact Mike Moro aka

He is very knowledgeable on this subject.

2004 in Black and now 2005 in Black, what a pair
I just rebuilt my front suspension and found out the lower a arms in fact different and do not inner change. The Trailblazer is longer and have different steering stops on them. The a arm is made up of two parts the steel stamping and a cast steel part that holds the ball joint. The cast steel piece is what is different. The SSR one had the letters SSR cast into it. Also the front shocks are a little different if you use a Trailblazer on the SSR the front will sit higher. Other wise all the parts I replaced were the same. See the thread in the technical discussion titled Front End rebuild I have pictures there of the two control arms.
