SSRNoir (SSR black)
NoÖthis just popped up in my e-mail update feed from So sorry to hear about the tragedy of the loss of Eric. Mike had told me he was sick.

He was good people and always treated me very nicely on the phone as I installed his gear on my truck. A class gentleman and I am proud to have his handy work on my SSR. The Shop that did the primary install said he did fantastic aftermarket work.

Going to a better condolences to his family as I am sure he will be greatly missed.

As I stand here appreciating my MPD1 Modified R I am brought to tears. Eric never ignored any phone call to assist me in some decisions I made on both my R's.. Just installed the last molds on my 06 last week...
Truly a gentleman and 100% fanatic supporter who will, as many have stated,be missed but never forgotten.

When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.
May you be comforted by the outpouring of love surrounding you.

Rest In Peace Eric.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of this great guy whom I regrettably never had the chance to meet, but have seen how many hearts he touched in his time here on this earth.

Ericís Obituary

Melissa sent this to me tonight and asked that I post it. She said it was really hard to write.....

Eric Anthony Peters , 11/8/1965-03/01/2019.
He will be sorely missed by his wife, children, family, many friends and customers. Eric was a rare soul. He gave one hundred and fifty percent to all that he did. He was a life long car enthusiast and builder. He had an amazing passion and ability to engineer ideas into reality. If it could be drawn, he could build it. Never any problems, only solutions was what he always said. An eternal optimist up to the very end. He was a wonderful husband and father. The outpouring of love & support from friends near and FAR has been overwhelming and so appreciated. The love we all shared for Eric is evident. Thank you. He is survived by his wife Dr. Melissa A Peters, children, Alexander P Peters & Aurora K Peters, his mother Frances K Peters, siblings Randy Peters, Rene (Steve) Dodd, & Regina (Scott) Zurawski, two nephews Justin Zurawski and Adrian Erickson. Preceded in death by his father James R Peters. A celebration of life will be held March 24th , 6:00 pm at Coral Cove Park in Jupiter, Fl.

Iíve been away from the forum for quite a while. I started doing some searching regarding MPD bodywork and was taken back a bit as I read a post regarding Ericís passing. I loved his designs for the SSR and only had a very quick conversation about a couple of his designs here on he forum. Such a wonderfully passionate guy.

Iím sad for his loss and wish his family much strength and love.

God Speed Eric Peters

To those here that knew Eric. I did not. I sent my condolences to the family.
The reason I am posting here is to kindly ask that IF they are going to sell his inventory
I would cherish one of his L88 hoods for my 2003 ssr.

If anyone has the ability to gently inquire with his wife please let me know

I live 15 minutes from his shop in Riviera Beach Florida and will gladly pay the asking price in cash and drive to the shop to pick it up.
Sincerely and with respect I make this inquiry
I would make the lighthouse poker run but am in Virginia currently but hoping my need and offer would put cash in the families hands.
