If you used Photobucket to host your images, they recently changed their 3rd party hosting rules so they no longer support this. That's why you'll see that 'broken' image. And they want you to cough up $399 for the year if you want to be a premium member. However if you never used photobucket but you are getting this from YOUR own threads/images, please post the thread links here.
If you are seeing this image from OTHER members threads where their images should be, it means that person used Photobucket to host their images and now they're not working.
We are aware of this issue and our techs are looking for a solution to alleviate these issues. In the mean time, we encourage our members to use the attachments on the site to ensure your images won't be affected. Along the way, we will post up any fixes we find that work for members - as such, we've found one recently.
For Chrome users
we came across an extension that will enable you to see the broken images hosted from PB. Another temp fix for now (who knows how long it'll hold up) but here it is:* https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...ifiaedg?hl=enm
^Click the link and choose to add the extension to Chrome. Then, you want to go to the Extensions main page. It's located in the top right corner menu button, the one that is 3 dots. Or, you can try this link: chrome://extensions/
Find the one you just added (it's icon is the shape of a puzzle piece) and check the box that says "Allow Access to File URLs"
Clear cookies in cache, load up a page with a Photobucket link, and let us know if that worked for you.
